Can't remember your membership number; lost your membership card? Use the Membership Number Lookup to retrieve your number.
2004 Membership Cards from National Headquarters - Punch them out...don't peel them off.  It has come to our attention that members may be incorrectly removing their membership cards from the card letter, thus leaving a residue on the back of the cards.  Per the instructions on bottom of the card letter, the card needs to be punched out of the carrier and not peeled off.
